Women in Transition: “Surviving & Thriving Through Life’s Challenges”

with Laura Ziegler, MA

We are all faced with change. Our kids go off to kindergarten or college, a parent passes away, we are offered a promotion, or we lose our job.  A few of us embrace change and look forward to the next stage.  But most of us resist and often oppose them.

In a lively and informative talk, Laura Ziegler, a Career and Transition Coach, will help you understand the Transition Model, determine where you are in the process, and how to successfully navigate the stages.

Whether you are thinking about a change or in the midst of it, you will leave this presentation with a greater clarity and confidence to move forward.

Lecture is at no cost, but please RSVP with us online.

Brought to you by Jewish Federation of Greater Portland and the Mittleman Jewish Community Center
