Join JADE's Portland Death Educator, Rachel Crawford for an evening of honest and engaging conversation about Jewish Death Practices over some sweets and treats - hosted at Leikam Brewing! We will light Shabbat candles and connect with one another over dessert and meaningful discussion of Jewish end of life practices. Dessert will be provided with admission and there will be meals and beverages available for purchase from Leikam Brewing's typical menu offerings.

This event is 21+ and is open to anyone in the Portland community interested in Jewish death practices. You can expect to walk away from the evening with a sense of connection to the other participants and a deepened understanding of Jewish end of life perspectives.
