Calling all parents! Join Taste of Judaism, a series of four one-hour weekly classes for busy parents to explore Jewish life, values, and traditions. Each class covers essential topics including Shabbat practices, Jewish celebrations, sacred texts, culinary traditions, and evolving Jewish identities. Join for one session or the complete series, with casual social time following each class. Welcoming to everyone—interfaith families, multi-faith households, or those simply curious about Jewish culture and practice. Sessions will be facilitated by Dr. Yosef Rosen, the Director of Jewish Life & Learning at the Jewish Federation of Greater Portland.

A recent transplant from the Bay Area, Yosef works at the intersection of Jewish education and community organizing. He holds a PhD in Jewish Studies from UC Berkeley and brings a decade of experience teaching communal adult-groups, university classes, high school students, and rabbinical trainees.

The costs are: $12.00 per class, $36 for all 4.
