Oregon Hillel strives to empower Jewish students at University of Oregon and Oregon State University to build vibrant and engaging communities that cultivate ownership of identity, a sense of the dynamic role of Judaism and an appreciation of the rich diversity of the Jewish experience. Hillel serves as a home away from home and as a center for Jewish life and diversity on campus and in Eugene. Our goal is to provide as many opportunities for students to explore their Jewish identity, build their leadership skills, and to work hand in hand with all student organizations to enhance diversity initiatives on the greater University of Oregon & Oregon State University campuses.
