I recently read in the New Yorker, James Surowiecki’s article, The Next Level, that in essence talked about the concept of “customer drift” – when small factors initially tip the balance in favor of a new company over the old.
My parents used to say…we had children so we could have grandchildren. Today, why do people have children—they need tech support.
During my 16 years in Federation work, I have worked closely with many wonderful leaders.
As I continue to make (and eat—boy, people love to meet when they can eat) my way around the community, I learn more and more about Jewish Portland's incredible history, the wonderful men and women who helped build this community, and all that is currently happening.
