Lincoln County Youth Programs Coordinator
Location: B’nai B’rith Camp (near Lincoln City)
Dates & Hours: Full time, Year-round
Salary: $40,000-$45,000, DOE

B’nai B’rith Camp seeks a Lincoln County Youth Programs Coordinator to develop and implement a strategy for
the design, expansion, and growth of BB Day Camp and Youth Programs. Responsibilities include camper
recruitment, program development and implementation, hiring and supervising BB Day Camp and Youth
Programs staff, day-to-day Day Camp and program operations, building a vibrant community for campers and
staff, and planning for improvements and growth.
The Lincoln County Youth Programs Coordinator will report to the BB Day Camps & Community Engagement
Director and work closely and collaboratively with the organization’s stakeholders, including children, families,
staff members, and community partners.
