Shabbaton/Weekend with acclaimed musician, author, and teacher, Joey Weisenberg. He will enliven our spirits and lead us in intimate prayer and joyous song. Sunday, he will lead a very special singing workshop. Join Shaarie Torah for this once in a lifetime experience!
Schedule of events:
Friday Services @ 6:30 pm (led by Joey Weisenberg, Rabbi Rose and Cantor Vitells) are open to the public – followed by dinner (tickets required for dinner)
Saturday Services @ 9:15 am – followed by Kiddush lunch (open to the public, no tickets needed)

For members: Fees apply only for Shabbat dinner
For non-members: whole weekend: $36 per person includes dinner, services, afternoon with artist and singing workshop

Joey Weisenberg is the Creative Director of Hadar’s Rising Song Institute, and is the author of Building Singing Communities and The Torah of Music, winner of a 2017 National Jewish Book Award. He’s a multi-instrumentalist musician, singer and composer who has performed and recorded internationally with dozens of bands in a wide variety of musical styles.
Having come to cherish the imperfectly beautiful music of normal people singing together, Joey works to empower communities around the world to unlock their musical and spiritual potential, and to make music a lasting and joy-filled force in shul and in Jewish life.
