Take Back Your Time: Time Management Class with Rachel Hall
This workshop with Rachel Hall is great for when you are feeling “in a rut” or “maxed out” on energy. Ever feel like no matter what you do, you never have enough time? This workshop will help you get off autopilot and assess where your time is going. Together we will help you decide the best ways you can use your time, discover personal time-saving strategies, enable you to maximize small windows of time, and develop a personal time management plan down to the hour.
Session one: Through personal assessment, the first part of the workshop will be spent exploring our individual values. You will work as individuals and then as a group to understand your unique personal values. You will come to understand what actions bring energy into your life and what actions take energy away from your life. You will also learn what your top four values are so you can lead a more value driven life.
Session two: The second part of the workshop will help us put our values into action with a time mapping exercise. With the guidance of a Certified Professional Coach, each individual will develop a personalized time management plan. Participants will walk away knowing how exactly they would like to use their time, down to the hour!
