The OIBA is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit trade association incorporated in Oregon. Membership dues are not deductible under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code as charitable contributions but may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code..
