Ted Wheeler 
A sixth-generation Oregonian and statewide elected official who lives in Portland, Ted was Chair of Multnomah County from 2007-2010, and since 2010 has been the State Treasurer. He attended Stanford, Columbia, and Harvard Universities.

Jules Bailey
Multnomah County Commissioner Jules Bailey is a Southeast Portland native and graduate of Lincoln High School and Lewis and Clark College. He holds dual master’s degrees from Princeton in public policy/economics and urban and regional planning. Jules served three terms as a State Representative from SE Portland.
