Passover Matza Making Workshop based on a recipe from the annals of the Spanish Inquisition.
Roll up your sleeves and be ready to work quickly. Help Rabbi Laruie and Rabbi Gary grind wheat berries into flour, mix with water, roll the dough, and get it into the "pizza oven kashered into a Matza Oven" within the prescribed 18 minutes.
We used this recipe last year, and it produced the most deliicoius matza any of us had ever tasted.
