I am writing this on my way home from New Orleans where I spent four days at the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) General Assembly (GA) and International Lion of Judah Conference.
In my last email, I mentioned that the Governing Board of Federation was going away for a working weekend retreat.
I recently read in the New Yorker, James Surowiecki’s article, The Next Level, that in essence talked about the concept of “customer drift” – when small factors initially tip the balance in favor of a new company over the old.
My parents used to say…we had children so we could have grandchildren. Today, why do people have children—they need tech support.
